Uno Alla Volta

I purchased a glass Christmas tree but it was too small so I returned it by Ups which cost me $54.50 bc I insured the item for the price I paid $170. The package arrived back to uno Alla Volta on 12/14/23. I haven’t received a refund, spoke with customer service 12/26/23 they said they received it on 12/14 but it takes 4-6 weeks to process! This is ridiculous!
