Do not buy from this site. Product descriptions wrong… no customer service. No one answers phones and refunds take contacting your credit card co to get. Catalog beautiful but the odds of getting product slim. Shipping takes forever. Can’t reach them ever.
Worst retailer in the web.
This company is the worst run company ever. It takes multiple calls to even contact a live person.
They promise an order will arrive within 6-8 business days. Those promises are not to be kept.
I waited more than 2 months on 2 separate orders. A bad idea for a birthday or wedding present.
On my first order, I was not even given an order number and they charged me twice for it. I had to call my credit card company when they would not correct this problem. Gee, I wonder why they do not take PayPal? I placed 2 orders and did not receive either one.
They made me out to be the bad guy because I went to my credit card company about them, but
exactly the opposite is true.
Awful!
Beautiful! Received my third order promptly of Italian Murano glass jewelry & it is exactly what I wanted. Thank you! Beautiful jewelry & packaging. Very nice company. Sincerely
Hi ***,
Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled you are happy with your Murano glass jewelry and you liked the packaging. Please visit us again!
Slow, cumbersome website, and pretty much impossible to enter their "discount" or "free shipping" codes, to actually get these come-ons. Also, if you order more than 1 item at a time, and then try to do returns, their questionable accounting won't give you back credit on the returned items until all ordered items have been shipped, which, depending on backlog, could take several weeks or even months. Not exactly GAAP accounting standards. Buyer beware, and only use a credit card! And, as their name says, only buy ONE THING at a time!

Great customer service and quality products. We have ordered many items from them and have had consistently been satisfied.
I ordered a gift for a friend back in January, this is now AprilI wondered why I never
received any word about the giftToday I found outIt was never sent!! They called me and said my credit card was rejectedI said I had received a new credit card in January,
and WHY didn't they call me in January?? She said OH,"your idem was on back order"
they did not tell me that at the time I ordered it, and do not believe it!
I am very upset with this company, very poor way to run a business!
I will not continue to do business with this company*** ***

They were nice on the phone, but this is my first and last experience with this company.
I would not recommend buying anything on this website - their descriptions of products are misleading and often omit important information. For example - I bought a watch for my wife. It came, and didn't work. It was dead. I called customer service and they apologized, saying that it was the battery and they would send me a new battery "right away." 2 weeks later, no battery. I called again. The person on the phone said, well that's a wind-up watch, not battery operated! Okay, I wound it. Nothing. Still dead. They said okay return it for a refund. I asked if they would also pay shipping for the return, They said no. So, I get stuck with shipping on a defective product. Do NOT trust this site.
Our company's name means one at a time and that's how our artisans create each of our handcrafted products.
We generally do not sell any products that our manufactured or have electronic components. Our millefiori watches from Murano, Venice (Italy) are the one exception. The watch face is made in China and our artisans buy it from there. They decorate the watch face with small pieces of glass millefiori by hand.
We recently heard from a number of customers that watches were coming with dead batteries. We have since inspected our entire inventory and changed out the batteries (just in the last few days). We asked our artisan how this happened and she said she had no idea how old the watch face (with batteries inside was). We've asked her to create better procedures for the future. We do not want this to ever happen again.
As for the specifics of this customer's case. His customer file indicates that he first called us on December 11th to tell us his watch didn't work. Our customer care associate noted on his file that she was sending a watch battery and that the customer would call us back if that didn't fix the problem. This complaint was sent just two days later.
Like other retailers who do five time normal volume in the period between Thanksgiving and December 15th, we do employ a great many temporary workers for this short time. As much as we'd like every one to be able to deliver the level of customer care that our year-round expert associates do, they just don't have the same level of product knowledge, expertise, and most of all caring. Because I take the customer at his word when he said he called two weeks prior, I'm thinking that he must of spoken with someone who not only didn't know the watch was electronic but didn't make a note on the file or do what she was supposed to. I only wish that person asked for help.
We truly value each and every customer.
This company is large and clumsy, slow and unresponsive. They do not process returns promptly and do not acknowledge returns. Phone staff is slow.
I placed an order with Uno Alla Volta in the morning requesting overnight delivery. They sent an email confirming regular delivery. I called and said I requested overnight delivery and they said they would change the order. I never received confirmation and when I called the next day for a tracking number, I found out the item was not shipped out!

Review: Received a gift that was listed as $80.00 value. It was purchased half with cash and half with company voucher. Shipped at value of $80. I didn't like it (and thought it tremendously overpriced)and returned the product in original condition(paying shipping and insurance fee again). Sent a company voucher for only $40.00 with receipt that noted the $80. value of the item. Called customer service and they stated that since only half of the gift was paid in cash, only half of the cost will be reimbursed to me (by company voucher).Desired Settlement: I returned item with $80. value (per company) that they will sell for $80. I deserve $80. voucher. As I returned a gift, how it was originally purchased should not be in any way reflected only my return. In addition, any company that issues company vouchers for large sales should uphold their own credits or do away with them.
