Good Morning All, please forgive me for responding lateMr*** is a great customer, and I did my best to maintain positive relations with himThe first time Mr*** came to the shop (July 14) we immediately sparked conversation regarding his ticket business and it was quite pleasant
After multiple laughs and showcases of different phones, Mr*** decided the *** PLUS was best fit for himHe was informed that the item was Open box, and it was even stated on his receiptHe came back the very next day and complained that the Screen would occasionally stop workingThis is understandable as electronics are delicateI examined the phone, and it had absolutely no issuesI stated that electronics are quite sensitive and need the utmost careHe disregarded my statement, but acknowledged his carelessness towards his deviceI advised him to get a case, however he disregarded that statement as wellAfter discovering the phone had no issues, I promptly catered to Mr*** needs and exchanged the phone anywayHe was charged a warranty fee of $which is also stated on his invoiceWe verified that the screen and other features were working before sending Mr*** off with itI even gave him a free case with his phone in an attempt to ease his stress He then returned on July complaining that his speaker was not functioning on his phoneI told him that the speaker was checked before he left and questioned why he’s returning it so late, yet he continuously argued that it was not his faultI then BROKE store policy and told Mr*** that I would upgrade him to a 6s PLUS (which is a way better phone) for only $We both checked the phone for about mins to make sure everything was workingAlso let it be known that throughout all of this MR*** was quite disrespectful and very vulgar with his word choiceThe stores *** Ratings will confirm that my customers love my service as I maintain composure and always treat them with the utmost respectA few days later Mr*** returned because his phone “was not catching service.” However before he left the shop I made sure it had service by doing test calls and checking the internetI informed Mr*** that I had done everything I could do to satisfy him and even apologized for this sense of “bad luck.” He demanded to speak with my boss who was currently released from the hospital and was not feeling wellMy boss was tired and sick, and could not properly handle the situation so we hung up so he could restMr*** threatened to leave bad reviews and call the Revdex.com in which I responded with silenceAlso let it be known that Mr***’s previously “broken” phones were resold and the customers are more than satisfiedOur sign says Unlocked World, and was very recently changed to itWe stated that we were previously *** Authorized Retailers, but switched to Unlocked WorldI did everything I could for Mr*** and I took his *** Review quite personallyThen I looked at his accumulative *** reviews and noticed a pattern… Mr*** has reviews total and are 1-star ratings that all sound similarI am genuinely concerned that Mr*** came into the shop with the intention of causing problemsHe made a scene in front of multiple customers despite my constant attempt to reason with himMr*** does not deserve a refundEach phone he brought back with “problems” was resold with no issues

Regards, I don't feel customers should subjected to reviews in there character when purchasing a phone. You completely misrepresented me with slanderous remarks when it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that you misrepresented yourself as a [redacted] authorized dealer (literally the next day they changed there signs) and sold me a malfunctioning phone for 640$. It is my job as a customer to point out wrongdoings with a business not the other way around. Even though it has absolutely nothing to do with this ill tell you I never used any foul language or made any type of scene to any customers. I guarantee if you ask them to provide proof in the form of a video tape or audio recording they would not be able to provide any such evidence. The reason being is it never happened. They sold me a faulty phone and lied about themselves so immediately there objective is to attack my character. You said you take it personally when I wrote a review, Well I take it personally that you made fabricated and slanderous remarks against my character, I take it personally that you said I was attacking small business's when I own a small but, most importantly I take it personally that you lied about being a [redacted] authorized dealer (not only with store signs but also on the receipt) and sold me faulty phone for 640$. You should be ashamed that you treated a customer as you did I when I spent 640$ on a [redacted] 6s plus I could have bought brand new for cheaper.
