Review: Our School hired [redacted] from Unlimited Expressions as our schools photographer. The pictures were taken on Oct *, 2014. We received a portion of the "finished" product on Dec **,2014. The photographs were distorted, the coloring was off and the packages came in with a different background then selected and some were not received at all while others had a totally different students name on the photographs. At this point we tried to reach out to [redacted] on several occasions via phone and email. He responded after 3 weeks saying he had been robbed and his phone and computer were stolen. He then said he would "MAKE" good on ALL packages that parents were not satisfied with. In mid Jan the remainder of the pictures were delivered with all of the same issues. Still trying to reach out to [redacted] to retify the situation. We were unable to get a response. We have approx 450 parents unsatisfied with their purchase and want a refund. [redacted] has a contracted vendor with the DOE (Dept of Education) he goes under the name [redacted] or [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like for my parents to receive a full refund. They are dissatisfied with the quality and professionalism with this company
