I understand the salon has been shut down due to covid. However I have sent 12 emails before, during and after shut down. I am trying to find out when my contract ends. I am disappointed at the complete lack of communication the salon has provided during all of this. I was not notified in anyway of the salon shutting down, re opening or the status of what was happening with payments the automatically deduct from my bank account. There was zero communication and still is zero communication. I would like to end my contract and go to a salon that actually cares enough to keep their customers informed.
