I recently applied for a job and they made me do two drug samples. There was some issues with documentation and with the COVID 19 scammers have been targeting people. In a span of three weeks I received several phone calls from MROs. Some hesitated giving me they’re name or wouldn’t identify themselves. So I got a hold of Disa/ university services and I was answered by the most unprofessional employee ever. I told her my story about the botched paperwork at the labs and she kept saying and?....and?.. She told me that our business was taken care of so why am I calling. I told her I was just checking if my samples were at their facility and my concern for the safety of my information . Also a Dr. C an MD is associated of this company when he called me to read my results it was from an unknown number so I asked for his name and he wouldn’t give it to me but kept asking me for mine. So after he identified himself he read my results and that’s. I apologize in advance if this message is confusing but I had a terrible experience with Disa Global solutions and their staff. They made me feel uncomfortable and just overall bad experience.
