Thank you for allowing the University of Wisconsin-Platteville to respond to [redacted] complaint, filed July 21, In it, Ms [redacted] alleges advertising and intentional misleading by UW-Platteville personnel in regards to her admission to the Distance Learning CenterThe university respectively disagreesThe admission requirements are stated on the website, http://www.uwplatt.edu/distance-educationIn addition, numerous UW-Platteville representatives contacted Ms [redacted] to help her through the processAmong those in direct contact were [redacted] , coordinator of the Master of Science in Project Management, who told her previous credits would not transferShe then applied to our Distance Education Leadership program, and worked with [redacted] , who again talked her through the processEven when Ms [redacted] took to social media and began posting unflattering comments that included discrimination based on race and gender about the university on many of our sites, our people still reached out to her to try and resolve the differencesShe also posted similar comments about Wayne State, where she previously attendedFor nearly years, UW-Platteville has strived to provide a high quality education that is affordable and accessible, including years in alternative deliveriesThis is the first-ever complaint filed to the Revdex.com against the university that I am aware of, and we would like to resolve this difference and help Ms [redacted] achieve her educational goalsPlease contact me if you need further information or followupSincerely, [redacted] Public Information Officer [redacted]

Avoid getting a vehicle here, WORST customer service EVER! Since I bought my vehicle I have been waiting for a duplicate in February it is about to be days, I had to go talk to the Manager, and to the customer service relations to finally get heard, on the 4th of JanuaryThey told me to go in the next day and they will take care of meSo, I go the following day Jan 5th, they say I have to come in earlier to program the key, well geeh thanks for letting me knowThe only times I can go are weekends, Jan 9th , since I am in the military, I could not go, so I waited until Jan 16th And I'm still waiting for my duplicate, I came around 1130, they said I had came too late you guys close at and I'm too lateI said well I can't until next Saturday So heres next Saturday Jan 16thThis time I come at and they tell me there's no paper work and without it they can't give me the keyYou guys are THE most disorganized, am I really going thru all of this for a key? I just want my key and not have to deal with you guys anymore
