Hello I attended University Of Phoenix at ***, ***, *** XXXXX

IRN XXXXXXXXXX

I am currently being denied access to official transcripts due to the School stating I owe $***. I do not agree with this due to all my school finances being done through a student loan. They do not offer me the posibility to dispute and I am in major need of these documents due to my current process with the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department. I would really appreciate you help.
