I am the current property manager of University Mall Apartments at [redacted].  In response to the complaint made by the previous tenant, all move out information is sent to our asset manager in Jackson, MS within 30 days and he then sends the deposit refund or copy of...

the repair charges to that previous tenant.  Once I received notice that nothing was sent, I mailed a copy of everything to that previous tenant.  We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this has caused.
