After receiving the complaint from the home owner, we have sent a crew to make any necessary repairs needed to rectify the problem which included re-flashing and re- lining the valley as neededwe also sealed the area in question to make sure this area of the roof does not have any problems in the future We did a call from Ms [redacted] the last two years in the middle of winterEach time we found an unusual amount of ice build up due to the severity of the winterWe cleared the ice and did not find any problems with the roof which was completed according to the contractHowever, due to the fact of how severe the conditions have been the past two winters and the the roof that has a very shallow pitch, we felt installing additional material to seal the roof was the appropriate step to take to avoid any future problems The homeowner is aware that the repair has been completed

After receiving the complaint to the Revdex.com from Mr [redacted] , I had went to take a look at the chimney and his roofThe flashing around the chimney was done according to what was specified on the contract agreementHowever, it is also important that the homeowner is satisfied with the aesthetics of the overall jobTherefore, we will be flashing the chimney as per the homeowners request by October 4th, weather permittingI would like to stress that Mr [redacted] 's flashing is purely a cosmetic issue the installed flashing is fully functional After I inspected the roof there is no evidence for any lifting shingles or ridge vent

We are so happy with our new siding! This company was professional, friendly, and got our siding done quicklyThe siding is really great quality, we are very happy with the color tooWe will definitely call them again when we do the rest of the house!

They tore off old roof, removed chimney, installed ventilation and new roof....all in one dayNo hassle, the quote was what we were charged, clean up was excellent and we were happy with workI appreciated the time they spent helping us understand the products and service they provide and they never made a negative comment about other company's or products - that is a sign of a true professional that is confident with their skillsAs promised, the warranty was mailed to us about weeks laterFantastic people to work with

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Although not everything stated in the companies response is accurateThe reply from the company makes it appear I only called in the winter That is incorrect, I called numerous times (if necessary I'd be happy to look at my phone records to provide proof of the calls made) throughtout the yearsAlso the second winter it leaked they sent someone and the roofer acknowledged there was repair needed and they would return once the weather permitted to fix the problem Their response to this complaint states no problem was found either winter. Of course once I reported the company to the Revdex.com I was contacted by the salesman who sold me the roof and assured resolution and appologized profusely for the lack of response and failure to follow through on the companies behalfWhen I read the response of his it was due to the severity of the winters when I met the salesman Ice was a concern of mone and a-Best pitched their laying approach and that ice would not be able to get under itClearly not satisfied with the customer service, damage to my sunporch and years of aggravationI would not reccomend the company Also I will not truly know of this problem is fixed until the snow and ice come.

Our office has a secretary that documents all phone calls in several places, after combing our records we found one message that Mr. [redacted] called not six. [redacted] did speak to Mr [redacted] on one occasion and he told the homeowner that we would address his concerns and to let the office document his...

request. Our secretary is in the one who handles documenting work orders and she has no record of his request. We believe Mr. [redacted] may have tried to call [redacted] on his personal cell phone which isn't the procedure he was told to follow. We bent over backwards to give the [redacted]'s everything and more in a price they could afford. To see a Revdex.com complaint was shocking to say the least and quite honestly hurtful.
As to their complaints: Keystone: Nowhere in the contract is that documented. Garage Door Damage: When the job was finished and paid in full. They were happy and no damage was revealed. Window won't open: Again the windows were the first to be installed, before the exterior work. Upon completion, no problem with the window. Porch and railing problem:What problem? Water Leak: Again what where when????? Attached is a picture of the completed job, which is absolutely beautiful. It seems to us that Mr [redacted] is trying the strong arm approach and has forgotten all we did for his project. If he calls the office and give our secretary the proper information for a work order well be happy to address his concerns. I am shocked that he feels it was necessary to submit this complaint and want it removed from our file.
