In regards to the charges on [redacted] account, we have thoroughly checked and verified the apartment records from the moment they moved in. We would like to clarify that the charge was not for cleanliness but due to items left in the kitchen common area. All...

residents are made aware of our policies and do uphold everyone to the same standards. Our company takes great pride and a lot of time to ensure apartments are in good condition both at move-in and move-out for all residents. While we do agree that the apartment was left in rather good shape, there was at least one bag’s worth of items left in the kitchen and our staff did remove it prior to sending in our professional cleaning crew.
 
With that said, we are sad to hear he seems to have a bad opinion after his stay with us, but are happy to work with both you and him in order to come up with a happy solution. Both [redacted] and his roommate were excellent tenants and we do hope to have many more like them in the future. For this reason we will agree to remove the trash removal fee from the account and once the payment is received we will go ahead return it to its sender.
 
Again, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and assisting our former tenant with their customer concerns. We hope to have been of service and look forward to working together in upholding the good image Campus Corner hopes all residents truly have of us.
