I signed a lease for the 2014/school year through Investment Realty Approximately five months after signing the lease and one month before the lease began they called to tell me that due to a mistake they had to raise my lease They then would not give me the key to the house without amending the lease and paying the extra money, which was not a part of the initial leaseIt is poor business ethics that due to their mistake or miscalculation we had to pay more money Once I moved into the house I was equally as angry with what I saw The house was left in poor condition The carpets had not been cleaned or vacuumed The floors were dirty as well with no sign that they had been cleaned The walls had scuff marks and other left overs on themOverall, I have not been happy with my experience working with them
I signed a lease for the 2014/2015 school year through Investment Realty. Approximately five months after signing the lease and one month before the lease began they called to tell me that due to a mistake they had to raise my lease. They then would not give me the key to the house without amending the lease and paying the extra money, which was not a part of the initial lease. It is poor business ethics that due to their mistake or miscalculation we had to pay more money. Once I moved into the house I was equally as angry with what I saw. The house was left in poor condition. The carpets had not been cleaned or vacuumed. The floors were dirty as well with no sign that they had been cleaned. The walls had scuff marks and other left overs on them. Overall, I have not been happy with my experience working with them.
