3-26-To Whom it May Concern, This customer had a puncture in the middle of his rim and came to use to have it welded by our welding shop we have used for hundreds of rims over the years He came to pick up the rim once it was finished and had no problem at that time, days later he called very disturbed that [redacted] would not give him a warranty on the new tire he was getting from them because of the rim being repaired This customer said he then went to [redacted] and probably had the same restrictions as before with the tire warranty I don't think anyone would say that a welded rim would not be safe or dangerous, only that they wouldn't offer a tire warranty because of store policyI told this customer that we would mount his tire no charge but he said that miles was too far to travel This customer got an air tight custom weld job on his rim, cosmetically it may not look perfect but it is how welding coweld it He was not taken but rather is trying to take us He called me a [redacted] it and hung up on me because I would not issue a refund based on his complaint I never custed at him rather the other way around His lies and information will not get his refund he is looking for but he could have brought the rim back or not accepted it in the first place if he had an issue with the weld it self It was done right and he should be happy he did not have to buy a new rim.Owner, Dan D
