* If not, why? The driver didn't arrive until 1:p.mthus making me late to my appointment I was told that the driver who was supposed to pick me up wasn't available so the driver who picked me up said he was notified last minute to pick me up
* Has the company met the agreement they outlined in their response? They are slowly trying to, I noticed the last two days they have been timely for the most part All I ask is to be notified of any changes are made to my schedule instead of being told last minute when I call
