My complaint is on LifeLine a company that is out to help but after saying would help I saw no help
On Dec 18 2017 after a Month for my LifeLine discount I filled a complaint with Universal Service Administrative Co. the company after calling Federal Communications Commission I got who to call
Angela K told me it would be took of and a week I gave over a week in call back
Another said that she had to fill something new because did not fit it she asked me reason and company to want to change to
She told me about 10 days and it would me fit I still have no LifeLine
My medicine is coming due before that I wanted the discount to cover that bill
So I can stop my phone service or no medicine I guess I will do with out Medicine
because I need my phone to call 911 if needed
I have enlarge Heart which 1997 or so
I had 30 mini_strokes which found out 2001 and it until 2003 to sure
I had one full stroke in 2008 where could not talk right for over 9 days
in about June 2017 I was told by my heart doctor I need a Heart Valved replacement in less two years
Plus I have other illnesses too
No medicine will make the transplant needed sooner or death

The Universal Service Administrative Company (*** is the Administrator for the FCC's Lifeline (low-income telephone and broadband) program. As such, they are tasked with, among other things, assisting Lifeline customers with problems related to Lifeline providers.
I sent an email the *** on 9/10/2017 regarding issues I have been having with my Lifeline provider, ***.
I received an email from *** employee Christine P on 9/11/2017. In my reply to that email, I informed Ms. P of my issues with ***, with the main issue being that *** has refused to respond to my inquiries.
I have now communicated with Ms. P on four different occasions, and all Ms. P has been willing to do is tell me I need to contact my Lifeline provider, despite the fact that the main issue is that my Lifeline provider (*** is refusing to respond to my inquiries.
As Administrator of the Lifeline program, the *** is supposed to assist Lifeline subscribers regarding problems with providers, yet Ms. P is refusing to assist me.
