After 2 unsuccessful attempts to fix our very leaky roof by 2 other companies and 3 new bids by other roofers, Universal Roof & Contracting was the only company who could explain why we were having a problem and supply us a solution that was not given by 5 other companies. They fixed our problem and we have not had a problem since. Their care for our roof went above and beyond our goal to fix the leak. Very thankful!
