As a first time home buyer in Houston TX, I started shopping for my loan ($500K+) with large national banks (thinking they will be better) and shocked to see their rates, attitude and terrible customer service with bureaucracy. Then started with few small lenders where you can talk to the real person all the times and offer better service and worked with few local lenders.

Actually my loan was closed in 2 weeks (2 weeks ahead of time) and all the credit goes to Olivia
