explained that while we would have been happy to correct the service, since she states she has had someone else cut her hair there is now nothing more we can do. We are sorry she found our salon closed on New Year's day but our door signage clearly stated our holiday hours. We also apologize if she feels we conveyed anything other than a focus on her comfort while she was in the salon and that we "rushed through the haircuts." She and her family left the salon fully 30 minutes before our posted closing, we were adequately staffed, and we served several customers after that time. Our computer records also show that the customer's actual service time was longer than our normal guidelines. Again, we are sorry that she is dissatisfied but we consider the matter closed.
