Review: We have order an awning for our business and it first came in with a hole. Universal did make the repairs and bought it back right away. The next issue came when we found they did not caulk the awning. We had asked them to come back and finish the job, but they never did. We have been having this issue for the past month.Desired Settlement: All we want is for them to come back and finished the job they was suppose to do.
