Very unhappy with the bathroom renovation they did for me. Because there was a leak to the apartment below, there was an urgency to this work. The condominium plumber had provided an evaluation and the source of the leak was clearly identified as being the cracks in the tiling, wall insulation and the shower pan connection to the drain. We agreed that the work could be done in 10 days (Dec 3-13, 2018), but they did not have functioning bathroom till Dec 20th. Even then, the painting, the toilet and the electricity was going to be finished 'later'. The electricity was done 6 months later (additional charge), the painting was done only partially (with me painting the baseboards) and the toilet is still not finished. It is in fact at risk to tip over if someone is not careful sits on it sideways, because it moves side-to-side. The toilet ring was not replaced and is rusted. It turns out I have to bring an independent plumber a year later. The bathroom cost was $12,000 for a shower stall, toilet and a sink (no bathtub).
This is the most irresponsible team, with poor standards.
Unitedrer Corp. repaired tiles on an outside wall that had become loose in July, 2018. They re-attached the loose tiles. A few weeks ago, I noticed that several of the repaired tiles had become loose. I called them about 2 weeks ago and they said they would come by to have a look. I also emailed them. I have not heard back from them.
