Review: I paid expedited shipping from India to have an engagement outfit shipping from India on Thursday, December [redacted] set to be received at my apartment by Monday, December *, 2014. I have been calling United Worldwide Couriers since 9AM today EVERY hour ON THE HOUR and the [redacted] has stated the package has been lost. This is unacceptible. Everytime I call, the [redacted] is extremely rude - her name is [redacted]. [redacted], the [redacted], was unaware of the incident until 3PM because [redacted] had not been relaying the message to the [redacted]. Now, despite the [redacted] claiming he will call me back before end of business day, he has left and my money has gone to waste.Desired Settlement: I want the value of the package he lost. I have credit card statements and messages to trace the value I spent as well.
