Review: I have been away for work and apperently there was a leak in the house and our water bill went from $30 to $438. We did not know about the incre3ase in water tillwe got our bill. My wife had no clue of any issue in the house.

My wife tried to call the water company today and ask for mercy .. we she got none.... how were we to know there was a leak? I mean wen you bill increase by 13X and water use goes up .. you think they would let you know....

This is not a good pratice not to help out... they have you .. becasue you cant switch water companies... They have to have some consideration... we are all humans ... and they need to think that wayDesired Settlement: briing bill back to normal mothly charge

Review: I continue to receive phone calls and billing notices from United Water after I have paid my bills. I never receive a billing notice but instead get a call saying that my account is delinquent. They have changed their billing schedule yet I never received a notice that this was changed from quarterly to monthly.I paid this bill after the first phone call on 7/8/15 even though I never received a bill. Today 7/16 I receive a notice that this bill is still not paid.I'm not paying this bill until these billing practices have been corrected.This is not acceptable. Why do I keep receiving notices about a bill I have paid?Desired Settlement: I want to know why we were never informed about a change in billing procedures and why I keep receiving phone calls and invoices about a bill that has been paid.
