Mint sent me email 1/1/20 telling me I qualified for free shipping because I purchased 3 products. Next day, mint tells me offer was mistake because I didn’t order coins through my account. What *** difference does it make? Mint likes to play games. I called customer disservice letting them know they are obligated to fulfill the offer and are not getting away with not giving me free shipping because of a technicality. Like the mint’s products. Their customer service totally stinks.
Im surprised that I'm the first to leave a review. I have to say I am very disappointed with the the mint on how they released the new West Point quarters into circulation. My 12 year old daughter was really getting into coin collecting because of the release of these quarters.. However, her interest was very quickly halted when it was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to find one after going through THOUSANDS of dollars in quarters.
A quick search on eBay, However, shows multiple sellers who have already sold HUNDREDS of each print of these quarters.. This seems impossible. How did they get their hands on so many of these quarters that are supposed to be very difficult to find?
I even went as far as to purchase bags of uncirculated quarters directly from the mint but that was also a dead end.
You guys really dropped the ball on this one.. This was supposed to peak people's interest, at first that worked, but now people are just irritated.
