United Retirement Plan Consultants

I do not know who this person is and she did not explain the name of the retirement plans or the plan sponsor.  I am located in Anchorage Alaska so I doubt it is a plan that we have worked on in Anchorage.  I have forwarded this complaint to the home office.

I have been trying to roll over part of my retirement for over a month now. They have told me check is in the mail 5 times over the last 3 weeks and yet nothing has arrived. When I call they place blame on everyone but themselves. The manager of the person I was working with had offered too write me a note since I'm talking some of my retirement out for hardship reasons and have too keep poisoning my plans. Like I'm a child or something. As if his mower means anything too anyone.
