United Rentals

Purchased 210 Kobelco excavator 4/16/19. This was supposed to be ready to go to work. NOT what showed up to job site. We had Elton(Branch Manager/United Rentals) come to the job and the Branch Manager said to bring the excavator back at the end of the season and he would fix the broken track, broken back lights, broken radio, install a new seat without the burns and service with new oils. Elton told us he was a man of his word and would honor our deal.
We brought it back on 12/16/19. 2 different occasions we stopped by to close up the cab to stop the rain from control panels. Asked them to keep it closed so it didn't ruin the control panels.
We came in to get the excavator 12/21/19 It was not done and were told by new Branch Manager/Rafael V he was told not to work on it. So he said he had to try and HIDE the time and hours to fix the repairs. I told him that was not acceptable. He then said we needed to remove it from their property because they don't store peoples equipment. We loaded it on a lowboy. It had the seat REMOVED, !!!lens covers REMOVED, and nothing fixed. They gave us a box of incomplete parts and a WRONG seat with wrong pug ins, lens' without the assembly (that is what was broke on one and the other has the screws stripped out. Now we have an excavator that should be headed to a job and it is partially disassembled. It is important to have a seat in order to operate the excavator. I have tried to contact his boss and Rafael told us NO I could not have his name. This needs to be resolved
