6th 2013. At which time I Changed the company name to United Property Inspectors. United Property Inspectors is in no way responsible for items that were inspected by an inspector that does not work for UPI, and never has. In addition, the company ownership, and inspectors have changed 2 times since the Inspection date on 3/2012. I did speak with [redacted] (3 times) and asked to send a copy of the report. Which I never received. I entertained the conversation to assist in helping [redacted] cause by trying to find the actual inspector. Which apparently is no longer in the state. Review: The Home inspection was done on 3/2012 , the inspector approved the inspection but there were a number on problems that was not address the Water Heater I had to replace I had to pay for the City for a permit to have the Water Heater removed I paid to have the Water Heater installed . I have called [redacted] and [redacted] on various Times , no one has returned my calls .Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the Money I am out.
