You've "spoken" to the managerWell thank goodness you've "spoken" to herThere is direct evidence that this person attempted to rip me (a repeat customer) off on purposeShe insisted that the issue was not reported during our stay, when it was numerous timesShe claimed it was not in the log book or on the job board until the guy we reported it to both times pointed out that the issue was logged, and it was clearly right in front of the managers faceIt also appeared the issue had been reported by previous guests, which makes me wonder if others were chargedThis issue needs examining, and the people involved need to be fired.The manager also lied to my bank and sent them a letter stating that she tried to call me for over a week and my phone was disconnected, so they believed it and refused to help me tooI've had the same numbers for plus years, no one called meShe was hoping I either wouldn't notice the charge or wouldn't argue/press the issueThat's not how you treat customers, periodIn fact, I want to contact a lawyerThis person should be criminally charged for fraudI can at least file a lawsuit. You know, I had one unhappy stay at a different hotel around years ago and they immediately resolved my issue, sent me an apology card with a note from an actual human, a certificate for a free weekend stay, and a bunch of local free passes to use during our stayIt wasn't about the freebies, we never even used any of themIt was about the customer service, and acting like they caredHaving to spend hours I'll never get back and days sick over this issue and without my money-then get a flippant well fine, here's your money backSorry/not sorryNo, I'm not happy
