Review: I ended up paying them $95.66 twice, once from my [redacted] bank account and once from my Paypal credit card account. The reason this happened is because [redacted] payment was being delayed due to technical issues. I contacted someone there in billing department approximately 4 weeks ago and provided proof of both payments and then two weeks passed and received a call from them notifying me that they would sent me a refund. I have been waiting all this time and still have not received any refund and every time I call I get an answering machine. I'm pretty sure it's been over 4 weeks since I brought this problem to their attention.Desired Settlement: Just simply give me my refund of $95.66

Thank you for reaching out to us concerning Mr. [redacted]. Client satisfaction is extremely important to us.On July 28, 2015 Mr. [redacted] called our office. He explained to me that he paid us two times. I asked him to fax me a copy of his payments and explained to him that it may take as long as 30 days to process the refund.Mr. [redacted] faxed me the copies. Upon receipt, I sent an email to the practice to verify the patient had a credit balance. Confirmation of Mr. [redacted]'s credit balance was received and his refund was processed on August 10, 2015, check number 1675 in the amount of $95.66. All checks are signed by our CEO between the 25th and 28th of every month. Mr. [redacted]'s check was signed on August 27, 2015. The check was placed in the outgoing mail on August 28th and a message was left on Mr. [redacted]'s voice mail.Please feel free to contact me directly if any additional information is needed.
