Honest. Service tech Could have probably convinced me that we needed much more or that we even needed a new unit but he didn't. He found a contact that was sticking, that's all. In today's world I totally appreciate his honesty

David B. came to my house, cleaned and serviced my condenser and air handler all within about 45 minutes. He clearly explained everything he was doing, was not a high pressure salesman, and suggested ways to improve our air quality. It's nice to have such a competent technician who lives in Cape Coral and can be here at a moment's notice. I have had other technicians from United Mechanical in the past and they have all done a professional job. They provide affordable annual maintenance and I don't have to worry about my AC. I like that a lot!
