United Labradors

I sent ***l from United Labradors $650 to purchase and send me Tom a puppy on 5/12/20. I was told the dog would be shipped to Albany international airport by 6pm on 5/13/20 and would receive flight information in the morning. What I received this morning was no flight information but a request for $980 to be sent to route shippers via western union. This was to pay for crating the dog and delivery. I’ve called this shipping company 3 times and when I finally spoke to someone they had no idea who I was, what I was talking about and became angry with me and started swearing then hung up. I’ve contacted united Labradors several times today with no resolution. I would like a refund, clearly no dog has been sent to me.

We have been looking online for labrador puppy breeders and came across UnitedLabradors.com. We emailed many questions and they where quick to respond and answer them promptly and send multiple pictures. Their web site looks very legit and informative. After agreeing on a price we stupidly sent them money through ***. We emailed them multiply times asking for them to call us directly about delivery itinerary and they keep replying via email. They kept dodging us directly and continued to communicate through email only. We where expecting our puppy (Cozmo) today and obviously didn't receive him. We are very upset with these people involved with this scam. Hard to believe people can rest their heads at night knowing that they take advantage of people.

This company claims they will ship you a labrador after payment but they never follow through! After you pay them they email you saying once the delivery people have the dog they will call you & request more money for a crate & usage fee. I told the guy that it sounded like a scam and he emailed me back calling me ever derogatory word! This company was previously Pax Labradors which had already been reported. Their website needs shut down!!
