I gave him $150 down on painting my building. He never showed up. I told him to refund my money. He laughed and said he knows how to write contracts. I said I was calling the police. He laughed. He said I would get my $150 back in 30 days. That was September 2, 2019, and I still have not received my refund.

5 days ago, *** took my check for $500 without completing work. Cashed check against my approval at liquor store. Then while 3 times promising to return to finish work has not returned. Work is half complete. Check is on hold at bank.
