Good afternoon, I want to thank you again for the amazing customer service my wife and I received yesterday when it was 93 degrees and our air stopped working. I have never contacted United previously so being a new customer, United went the extra mile and we thank you. Chris was here within one hour of my initial call, (late in the day) and got our air working temporally. Steve and Chris were here at 9am this morning and installed our new air conditioning system. Very neat, professional, quality product, competitive pricing and very knowledgeable. Thank you again United. You have a customer for life. ***
