We sent our $50k gearbox to this company for a VISUAL inspection in order to receive an ESTIMATE. They are now not only wanting to charge us for unauthorized work, but are refusing to release our property back to us. We have tried multiple times to resolve the situation. The owner agreed to have the item shipped back to us and gave us a tracking number that was invalid. When confronted, he admitted that the item had not been shipped and is again refusing to release the gearbox.
