For us, they consistently demonstrated a lack of customer focus, inaccurate billing, regular shipping mistakes, terrible follow-up and lack of transparency. For example at one point they lost a third of our inventory, did no follow-up, didn't explain why, didn't respond to our questions, then mysteriously found the inventory again months later but didn't explain and didn't respond to questions. They've regularly shipped the wrong product to our customers and make no amends. We're left to absorb the cost of lost product. Their management never responds, period. I cannot begin to express how frustrated we are with this company. Others are too.
