Your company violated the booting ordinance in Albuquerque for both commercial and private lots when you booted my vehicle (even though I am a resident here) on 2/5/2018. You did not respond to me within 1 hour of when I called and that is illegal. I had no choice but to pay your $75 dollar fine when you FINALLY did respond 8 hours after I called or I would've missed work that day. You did not follow the proper procedure for booting a vehicle by ignoring my attempts to contact you. I've tried multiple times now to speak to your manager with no success
