I am rejecting this response because:Not sure how this notification was even sent? I never received any letter like this via US Mail, or placed on our door? So how was this distributed? Still does not cover the fact that this additional fee was not listed in the lease we signed in October of And *** *** was for sure not the assigned property Manager here in December 2016, she may have been here in March 2017? So I guess she can speak to how exactly this "letter" was passed to Tenants? Even if such a letter was passed or disseminated to Tenants, it still constitutes an additional fee NOT agreed to in our current leaseSomeone anonymously placed a creosote log on our doorstep sometime on May 17, 2017...which would be awesome if the chimney wasn't BLOCKED and no smoke was passing through itOnce again, appreciate the good faith effort, but anyone who has a fireplace, knows to burn creosote periodically to clear soot, creosote does not clear BLOCKED chimneysBut maybe I should go ahead an light it up...clear out the neighbors for a while? And maybe have the Fire Department Respond?I wish UAG well in their quest to suck poor people with bad credit dry a little at a timeI am done with these folks, they have violated their lease agreement, that is indisputable and now a matter of Public RecordGod Bless The Revdex.com, than you all for what you do, and God Bless *** ***, wherever she may go.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: On the very day I came into the *** *** *** Office (after the original complaint was submitted to Revdex.com) to discuss these matters and pay the rent dueI was informed by *** *** I would be charged $(USD) additional fee for paying my rent with a Money Order (not using the Conservice Online Option)Again, this was not something indicated in the Lease Agreement, and I as understand it, Conservice already assesses a "Service Fee" for not using the online service. For a second time, UAG has totally side stepped the overall health and safety issues on this propertyNo mention of removing dead trees that can injure others and/or damage property, no mention of cleaning fireplaces that could result in loss of life and/or property due to fire. Since filing this original complaint, we also had a neighbor upstairs that decided to have an open fire BBQ on his front porch, on a dry windy day*** *** did address that issue with this neighbor. UAG is stating that "EVERY" time work is done in our Apartment notice is leftThis is true of the UAG Employed Maintenance TechniciansHowever, this is not true when UAG calls Contractors in to do the jobs their own Maintenance Personnel can not for some reason performOur most recent experience with this issue is when UAG Contractors just showed up one day and replaced light plugs (in our REMODELED Apartment) due to being out of fire codeSeems that UAG realized GCFI plugs were not present where they should have been, so these Contractors just showed up to replace the existing light plug sets with....guess what? Faulty GCFI Plug SetsI had to replace the one in the hallway bathroom at my own expense and installation because none of our lights workedI currently still have to reset the Contractor GCFI set in the kitchen every-time I turn the overhead light off. As to pet and dog breed issues, I literally just saw a Resident in Building *** (at ***, 05-05-17), nice young man walking his white Pit Bull Dog (or Dogo, or American Stafforshire Terrier...or PIT BULL) right outside not Meters from the front of the *** *** Office...it's like right across the streetSo Boxers and Pit Bulls are OK? Again, lets just write some stuff, and marginally do some stuff....AFTER by the way Revdex.com said UAG did not respond in timeAnd no mention here at all of releasing us from this lease? I totally reject this response, totally

charged in error bringing your account current with a 0 balance.I spoke with Conservice and we can see where the electric bills also charged a drainage charge and they advised that this is accurate. I have addressed the issue of occupancy with your neighbors and it has been corrected. I've talked to my regional and we do have breed restrictions but no weight restrictions. The parking issue has been addressed and corrected. Please contact me should this issue arise again.When work orders are requested by a resident that is our authorization to enter the home. We will always leave notice that we have been there. We are not aware of any issues with maintenance going into your apartment. I have addressed this with our maintenance personnel. As always my regional and I are always available to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have. Best Regards,[redacted]
