Inquired about delivery and was informed that I need to pay $500 more to receive my package because it was on hold for insurance.
Ordered product from online retailer with a delivery date of two days. Never received any updates on shipment. Waited a week later was informed needed to pay a $500 insurance fee to have it delivered due to covid 19 outbreak.

Desired Outcome

I was told to either pay the fee or they would report me .
