Please do not use Mora Carpentry or BMora He will lie to you, not pay his contractors, and he will tell his contractors you are not paying him He will suck every last cent that he can get out of you and delay the work as much as possible with every excuse that he can think of He will promise you the world and leave your house a wreck Our house has to be redone - almost completely - because the work that he and his contractors did was subpar DO NOT TRUST HIM

Boris [redacted] is a crook, do not trust him with your money, he should be in jail! Because of my experience with him, I cannot even enjoy our home Much of his crappy work will more likely have to be redone...eventuallyHe is a pathological liar and will take every short cut possibleHe has stolen money from his customers and subcontractors

[redacted] had his car brought to our shopAfter we completed the diagnostics, He requested to bring his own parts to which we agreed because of his relationship with Patricia, and explained to him there would be no warranty on the parts, only on the labor performedThe vehicle was left hear months before he brought the parts to do the repair, and storage was waived because he is a coworker of Patricia at another business, which would have been charged at 25.00/day.The customer was quoted the price and agreed in person and by phone, he also requested a NYS Inspection, which showed the air bag light on and a code for a timing sensor, which had nothing to do with the original repairHe asked if we would just turn the air bag light off, WHICH IS AGAINST MOTOR VEHICLE REGUALTIONSWe explained to the owner that he would need to go to the dealer since certain manufacturers do not release the tool to reset the sensors which would be needed to reset the computer after the repairs that were necessary to pass the emissions for NYSAgain this has nothing to do with original repair of replacing the head and all associated parts (gaskets, thermostat etcall supplied by owner) [redacted] supplied all the parts and has not called us to say there is any problem with the carWe are a AAA approved repair shop and have been in business for over years and stand by all of our workIf there is an issue with the car because of our labor then he can call usWe provide towing hours to all our customersPatricia G [redacted] , Office Manager###-###-####

Review: An agreement was made between us and United Cabinets manager , [redacted] Pellitier last sring 2012. We had new kitchen cabinets designed and installed. We were looking for an island to match . The manager agreed to honor the price we agreed to the following year ,when they were less busy (the spring of 2013). He indicated he would hold that price regardless of any increase in the market. We agreed ,I have an email notification from him. I contacted Dave Grenier, the sales person in the spring. He stated [redacted] Pellitier was no longer with the company. Therefore, the "offer" we agreed to was no longer valid. There had been two price increases and if we wanted the island,we had to pay $`1,500.00. That was not the agreement. I fw him the emails. He said he would speak to the owner Mr. Rogers and the best they could do was $1400.00.We want them to agree to the arrangement their manager made with us,nothing more. No one is returning my calls or emails.

We would like them to stand behind the price we were quoted. It is unfortunate that their employee is not with them any more but we had an agreement with someone who represented their company.Hi [redacted], your e-mail message did not come through. I did get your voice mail yesterday with regards to the cost of the island. I would like to be able to help you out on this but at this time I just cannot.I can only make you an offer, if it is something you can wait on, January - February are usually our slowest months. I can work up a deal for you then if it is consistent to the way it has been. If nothing else I would at least hold the price to you even if we end up with a price increase.Can you live with that?
