reliable and honest company

This company is unprofessional and unreliable. THREE TIMES they blew me off. I would discourage everyone from employing them. They are lousy.

Call and they came out to give me an estimate all was good. Followed up a little while later when I get back from a work trip. I called and said I wanted to move forward but I had a couple of questions first. Multiple calls and over a week later not a single person could call me back. Was told I was on the list to be done and they would get to it when they could depending on weather but no one would call to answer my questions. With customer service like that when trying to make a sale I would hate to see what it would be like if there was an issue after.
