of 30-40 minutes prior to heading out would be given from the technician. The reason no specific time is given when homeowner's information gets dispatched the same day is because all technicians have a set schedule starting from 7:00am. We try our best to squeeze in any last minute service calls onto the technician's schedule. Also during the summer is when it is peak season for all HVAC companies. Technicians do not stop working until they are completed with their call list. During the summer it is usual to see the technicians working after 5:00pm. We strive to make it to each homeowner at an appropriate time but at times our technicians do run into complications with other homes that they previously had on schedule.
