I am writing in response to your customer concern letter Issue 1: Our company strives for excellence in customer satisfactionIf we were made aware of the soft spots and they could wait to get a propane delivery we would have waitedIf we had gotten a phone call telling us that we had made ruts in the yard , we would have sent out our manager to evaluate and fix/pay for any issues that needed to be fixed Issue 2: On rare occasions the propane delivery man may inadvertently fill the tank when the customer only wanted a 50% fillWhen that happens, we offer the customer a greatly reduced rate to themThis helps the customer since they will need more propane eventuallyand helps us not needing to pump it back outIf he wanted it pumped out all he had to do was tell usWe will always accommodate the customer Issue 3: When a delivery is scheduled, we strive to tell the customer the Cost per gallon so there is no surpriseObviously, the price was overlooked when he calledHe did not ask us either otherwise we would have given him the informationAgainif he would have called us we would have worked with him to come to a mutual agreement In conclusion, as far as him mailing us lettersIf we would have gotten them we would have immediately responded to himObviously we didn't receive themOur company has two separated places to leave phone messages for usWe respond to them every morning promptlyWe also have an emergency line where he could have called us Thank You United Ag Cooperative

Issue 1: Our company strives for excellence in customer satisfaction. If we were made aware of the soft spots and they could wait to get a propane delivery
we would have waited. If we had gotten...

a phone call telling us that we had made ruts in the yard , we would have sent out our manager to evaluate and fix/pay 
for any issues that needed to be fixed.
 
Issue 2: On rare occasions the propane delivery man may inadvertently fill the tank when the customer only wanted a 50% fill. When that happens, we offer the customer
a greatly reduced rate to them. This helps the customer since they will need more propane eventually. and helps us not needing to pump it back out. If he wanted it
pumped out all he had to do was tell us. We will always accommodate the customer.

ask us either otherwise we would have given him the information. Again. if he would have called us we would have worked with him to come to a mutual agreement.

has two separated places to leave phone messages for us. We respond to them every morning promptly. We also have an emergency line where he could have called us.
