Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am responding to latest email from Holiday Travel of America on 3/I talked to someone from the company back in FebruaryDuring our conversation, I told her that I was aware of how "asuiteweek" gift card workedI informed her that since I received my refund, I'd been trying to book a resort using my giftcard and haven't been able to do soWhen I was first informed about the card, they made it seem like I was going to be able to use it as soon as possibleI asked if there was a hotel giftcard that could be given in exchange for the asuiteweek for the same valueShe informed that nothing could be done which means my issue hasn't been resolvedI agreed to take the new package under the impression that I was going to be able to use what was given to me which I haven't been able tooIf someone about the supervisor of the company can assist with this it would be greatly appreciatedThank you, Regards, [redacted]

We are in response to Mr [redacted] responseWe contacted the distributor as a courtesy and advised them of the situation and they said they would send Mr [redacted] a new voucher As it turns out on Monday 4/Mr [redacted] was contacted by the distributor and was advised that they sent it out but it was returned to them undeliverable as they had an incorrect apartment number and would be sending it out again They had advised Mr [redacted] that they would be sending it out again Once he has the voucher he will need to follow all of our details of participation printed on the back of the voucher as well as meet all deadlines If I can answer any questions, please feel free to contact me [redacted] Customer Service Manager Holiday Travel of America 760/431-ext ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , although I now agree with the resolution, I want it on the record that this company made no effort to work with me, in fact went out of their way several times to ensure we could NOT redeem this vacation UNTIL I filed a formal complaint with Revdex.com Now, all of a sudden we have our package available for use next month (after trying to redeem and having company change or cancel our dates many times over almost one year) and despite being told many times by staff at this company that to get a get a set date is impossible and they can cancel and change as much as they want, after my formal complaint, they have now redeemed what they are legally obligate to redeem and have done what they kept previously saying was impossible It is clearly not impossible to give me set dates for my free vacation that they are obligate to redeem, but they clearly make it overly complicating to near impossible for customers redeem (thereby not only keeping the $deposits) but also keeping the money that they vacation vouchers are sold for to timeshare companiesIt is clear this company is a scam and only complies when the customer escalates to formal complaints to get their legally obligated items It is in writing by the company to Revdex.com that I have been guaranteed the May 17, packageIf this company does anything to change these dates or vacation in anyway, I will file escalated action as I think it is sad I've had to go this route to gain what should have been given to me from the start Regards, [redacted]

We are in receipt of clients complaint with the Revdex.com The client did not complete the validation of the offer by mailing in their dates/deposit within the deadline and contacted us months after it was due They were advised it was void They then contacted us months later with a threat that if we don't reinstate it, they will go to the Revdex.com We contacted the distributor they received the voucher from and they advised us they will mail them a new voucher If I can answer any further questions, please feel free to contact me [redacted] Customer Service Manager [redacted]

Hello,We are in receipt of clients complaint. Please see below for an outline of their account. 5/Recd their voucher.6/received their deposit.8/Recd email from client and agent called client. When someone answered phone, the call was quickly
disconnected.
