Review: I purchased a $75.00 gift certificate for my daughter. Time frame was probably late 2013. She had misplaced the certificate and when in September/October, 2014 I went to the store to check that the certificate was on file and available for my daughter to use, I was informed that the certificate had expired in August, 2014. My $75.00 was gone. I questioned how it could expire and I was told that it was not a gift card and could, therefore, expire.Desired Settlement: I was very affronted by the attitude my inquiry was met with. This was not a coupon. This was my actual money. My daughter had ordered uniforms here and I had previously purchased a gift certificate for her that she did use. We were established customers. I no longer wish to patronize this establishment. I want my $75.00 returned to me.
