Company contacted the Revdex.com and informed us that all sales are finalThis dress was in the layaway for months According to the company the dress had been altered, however, no refunds are allowed The company indicated that they are willing to order the consumer another dress, however, no alterations will be done

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11235033, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:The company ruined the product and was not willing to address the issue, I do not have to purchase a product that was ruined do to the company's negligence despite the length of time that it was in layawayAdditionally, there was a very small balance remaining on the dress to begin with, two large payments were made in order to bring the balance down to that amountWe still had not scheduled any of the fittings and I was not going to pay the dress off until this occurred-you pay for both product and serviceI don't feel that I should be obligated to have to spend my money in a place that do not respect their customers enough to resolve issues in a respectful, fair mannerMy family and I have no interest in purchasing ANY future items from the store, they have truly lost a loyal customer due their inability to provide quality customer service.
