The installers were efficient, courteous and the system performs beautifully and keeps the house at a really comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort-Palatine.
Technician was on time. He checked and cleaned the HVAC system inside and out, told me why a new electric component was necessary, and installed the part quickly. He cleaned and washed the condenser quickly. Throughout his visit, the technician explained everything he was doing, answered my questions and was very polite.
Brandon the Tech was great! On time, very courteous and well mannered. Explained everything to me. Asked if I had any questions. I was very impressed.
