This bank is associated with a survey website named *** . It promote that you get paid after making 10.00 in rewards on the and *** of every month through my PayPal account. I did a lot of surveys and ended up having 23.10 so I redeemed my money to get it on the ***. They sent me an email stating they needed a photo of my ID and a photo of me holding me ID, I thought it was a little strange considering my girlfriend didn't have to do it to get her to money for her surveys. But wit says I wouldn't get paid without doing so. I sent the information they wanted and waited for my money to be put on my PayPal account. I received nothing, I've called no contact with anyone at this nber listed can only leave a message. I sent email after email still no word from them about my personal info or my money. I feel like I've been played. I did everything I was suppose to do with the terms they claim you get your reward. I want the money for my time I spent doing the surveys which was 23.10 as a payout but I haven't received word about anything from them today. But my girlfriend received her 10.46 payment so I'm a little confused with what is going on with this interprise.
This user was asked to verify their identity because the email address that he supplied belonged to a different user on our website who we paid earlier. That email address, ***, consists of the first and last name of that person. So, we suspected that this subsequent request came from Miranda L too, but using a false identity, which is against our site terms. As stated in our terms that the user agreed to when signing up on the site, we reserve the right to verify users' identity prior to releasing their payment. This is done to protect our clients, the market research firms, from fraud on surveys. Our website states that payments are not processed until the *** of each month. Nevertheless, this user started spamming our support with emails and calls demanding payment and threatening, using offensive language. This is unacceptable behavior on our site.Nevertheless, we verified this user's identity and paid via PayPal on August , 3:44 PM PDT to the email address provided. As of now the payment remains unclaimed and the identity of its receiver is unknown.
