DO NOT BUY FROM UNION MOTORS. They gave me horrible customer service. I live out of town so I dealt with them over the phone, text, etc. not in person. They said I was approved for a car, just not the one I wanted (bait and switch scam). I was desperate for a vehicle so I said just let me know what vehicle I can come in and get since they said I was approved. I called and left messages over and over but they would not call me back. They finally contacted me many months later so I cussed them out and left them a bad review.
When I left them a bad review I received emails and texts with THREATS from them. They are threatening me over and over for the bad review that they deserve. These threats must stop.
The car I purchase has many safety issues that put my life in danger and those who are in it. The company is aware and try to hide a lot of the issues
The car was purchased on October 26 2019 on a Saturday. The car is financed through a credit union to Union motors. The next following day on the 27th the brakes gave out. All the brakes lines were rusted. One of the brake line was clamped so instead of being a four-wheel drive it is a 3 wheel drive. All calipers on the wheels were rusted. Lug nuts were all loosen. The cross body was missing some bolts. The exhaust wasn't connected.
I would like the car to give me the refund on this vehicle since it is not drivable and it is not safe.
They have resolve the problem
I bought a 2009 Honda CRV from Union Motors. I was able to wander the lot alone, immediately test drive any vehicle I wanted, and he even offered to put the CRV up on the rack so I could look underneath the vehicle. The car had a detailed Carfax available and the price was very good when looking at KBB prices. I went to a Honda dealer with it immediately afterwards for an oil change and multi-point inspection, explaining to the dealer that the car is for my out-of-state daughter. They did a thorough inspection and all that was needed was new air filters. (When is a dealer going to pass on the chance to replace something that might need replacing?) Very happy with the whole process, and with the no-pressure treatment I received from Union Motors.
We bought a 2007 Escalade from here and Mike was very upfront any issues. We are extremely satisfied with this company and our vehicle.
