Unilever is king of shrinkflation. ie keeping the packaging very close to the same but paring down the size of the soap bar or just a few ml s less in every bottle. It is so cool at Unilever to fool its gullible customers. But not this one.
My complaint it that their product (in this case cookie dough ice cream) looks nothing like what is shown on the package. Let's just assume I got a bad batch from the ice cream I got at my local walmart and they really aren't lying to everyone on their packaging in order to get people to buy. It's dumb to waste my time like I am but I wrote the company about it over a week ago and no one bothered to respond, so disrespectful, I hope the company is better than that and their product can live up to what is on the packaging because I paid $5 for cookie dough ice cream, not $5 for vanilla ice cream which is in essence what it was!
I want the business to stop the false advertising of the product on their packaging, I buy it expecting one thing and when I get home to consume said product it looks nothing like what is on the packing, it's deceptive and dishonest. I have a photo to show you what I mean, and yeah, I get that it's lame to be complaining about a product that is $5 but if all of their product is the same then they are making millions off of deceptive advertising practices and they need to get their stuff together and stop ripping off consumers.
reached out to us on 10/12/2017 via email. We responded to the consumer on 10/23/17 and 10/24/17. On 10/30, we sent the consumer 2 full value coupons, one to replace the product and the other to cover his next purchase.
The complaint with this consumer is resolved.

I didn't receive anything from the company, I don't doubt they sent what they said they did but I didn't receive anything in the mail or via email, how were the coupons sent?
I actually received vouchers yesterday, you can close this case. Let's hope when I go to use the vouchers that I will actually get a product that resembles what is on the package. Many thanks to the Revdex.com and to Unilever!
