This is not an issue with Uniglobe but rather a client misunderstanding with a vendor. The Travel Agent has been diligently working with the client on this issue and therefore is not a complaint against Uniglobe Travel Center.

Review: On ?Mon, Aug 10, 2015 at 7:15 AM, I received an email from ? '[redacted]' [redacted]@learningthroughtravel.com, with the subject heading : "?invoice from RCI for your upcoming cruise. There were two documents attached: (1) An invoice from 'Learning Through Ravel', and (2) a booking confirmation from Royal Caribbean.
?----
Hi [first name]:
I am attaching 2 documents for your records.
One is the guest copy from Royal Caribbean
One is the invoice from Learning Through Travel
Your balance of $712.74 is due on September 1, 2015.
Please keep these.
[redacted] and [redacted]
Learning Through Travel
----
I have never book a cruise anywhere and do not know either of these people. A close inspection of the two documents found that a "[redacted]" from Uniglobe Travel (949-623-9080) BOOKED a cruise from November 22-29 on Royal Caribbean (RCI) in MY NAME on August 3, 2015. A reservation ID was created by RCI.
The second document is an invoice from "Learning Through Travel" requesting a balance of $712.74, also claiming that a $500 deposit was applied. I have NEVER sent these people (or anyone) $500 for a cruise of any sort!
I have NEVER heard of these people and I am horrified that someone could just use my name and email address to prey on me and use my information without ANY authority!Desired Settlement: Please investigate this business and their predatory practices;
Ensure that I am not liable to Royal Caribbean for ANYTHING the "[redacted]s" have done
No further contact from any of the people/entities involved

Review: I booked my vacation through Classic Vacations and paid for a rental car. When I picked up my rental car and returned it Alamo charged my credit card in full on top of my payment to Classic Vacations. When I called to find out why they had informed me that I had aggreed to pay for a upgrade of 200.00 plus what I already paid a day for a vehicle I didn't agree to pay 400.00 a day. I agreed to pay 200.00 a day total less what I had already paid Classic Vacations. My contract reads 200.00 a day not 400.00 day. When I advised Classic Vacations of this they told me there is nothing they can do and has also told me that they have never rented a vehicle out for 400.00 a day that the charge is wrong but again nothing they can do.I am requesting my rental car payment to Classic Vacations to be refunded in full to me since Alamo charged my credit card in full.Desired Settlement: 1200.00 I am requesting to be refunded back from Classic Vacations.
