My heat did not work that was installed by another company 8 months prior. Called Unified Air who showed up next day. Very professional, but diagnostic fee was $663. Set up for next day repair, but they were short mechanics so was promised to come the next day at 8 am. After two calls, mechanic came after 2:30 pm and was charged $788 for a new pressure switch, 10 feet of 2" PVC and one elbow!! Work was done well, but way over priced and poor customer service.
